Sally Jones

Sally started her advertising career at Ogilvy London and went on to spend 10 years in account management before moving to New York and joining Kendall Tarrant in 1999. Whilst at KT NY Sally worked in the account management, creative and planning departments. In 2002 Sally founded Tangerine and since its launch Tangerine has worked on searches in the US, Australia, Europe and Asia.

Kimberly Aguilera

Kimberly is recruiting in strategy, digital strategy, social and community at Tangerine. She is passionate about helping people make their next best career move by understanding their core skills, culture needs and what really makes them tick. Prior to joining Tangerine in NY in 2006, Kimberly graduated with a BS in marketing from San Diego State University and worked as a brand manager in San Diego.

Doug Sherrard

Doug heads up Tangerine's creative and digital disciplines. He has a passion for technology, marketing, innovation and design. He strives to build long term value-add relationships with elite talent and progressive clients that lead these industries globally. Doug grew up in Zululand, South Africa, and completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business in Sydney, Australia. He has worked in the UK, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Australia.

Liz Loder

Liz graduated from UVA in 2009 with a BA in economics and classics. She enjoyed a summer internship with Tangerine in 2008 and became a permanent part of the team in 2010 as project manager, later becoming head of research and now focusing on recruiting strategy and marketing talent.

Rachel Barrie

Rachel has spent 15 years as a planner in London agencies. In 2004 she joined Fallon London where she built a strong department as Head of Planning then went on to become Partner and CSO. Fallon became the most creatively awarded agency in the world with highlights such as Sony Bravia and Cadbury Gorilla. After 8 years there Rachel left London for LA. She opened Tangerine West in May 2013, enabling us to be closer to clients and talent on the West Coast.

Stella Wong

Stella joins Tangerine servicing creative and digital disciplines after a highly successful career working with brands and new media at W+K, Goodby, and Digitas. Her unique insight into the creative and digital arenas comes from a combination of having worked in the industry as a designer, producer, creative and strategist. Stella's natural curiosity about design and technology, coupled with her passion for creativity, culture and empathy for people, brings a progressive approach to talent management. Having lived and worked in Sydney, London, and San Francisco, Stella now resides in Portland Oregon.

Mia Lee

Mia joins Tangerine to recruit for account management after nearly 15 years in advertising. Through leadership roles across a diverse portfolio of clients at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, TBWA\MAL and W+K, Mia honed her ability to evaluate, nurture and grow talent, and build successful creative cultures. With a passion for understanding people, Mia is dedicated to guiding talent to better define, and pursue an ideal career path.

Emily Olson

Emily joined Rachel in LA after nearly a decade in advertising. Before Tangerine, she spent two years on the marketing team at Beats by Dr. Dre, helping develop the brand from an unknown start-up to where it is today. Before that Emily worked at agencies in NYC and London including R/GA and Fallon. All this experience has made her part obsessive account person, part fearless client and part mentor to talent. 

Sabrina Cunningham 

Sabrina began her studies in advertising at the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.  She also has a strong passion for music which is what led her into the music business straight out of school. After working as a music producer at a boutique commercial music house in NYC, Sabrina made the transition to creative recruitment.  Her experience with writer & artist talent management has positioned her well as Tangerines creative account manager + research lead. 



Danielle Tucker

Danielle graduated from the George Washington University in 2011 with a degree in Fine Arts. After three years working as the Assistant to the CEO of a Fortune 500 Company, she left the corporate world to travel. Now having landed herself back in New York City, she’s using her organizational skills and administrative experience as Tangerine’s team manager.
